Services

We deliver warm leads every month.

Someone who unlocks their phone and types in a service you offer should find you, first.

Why now

The businesses ahead of you started earlier.

Every month, one of two things is happening. Either you are building something that keeps paying, a profile that ranks, pages that bring in work, reviews that stack up, or you are renting attention and going back to zero the day you stop.

The businesses above you are not smarter than you. They started sooner, and the things that put them there, reviews and links and pages Google has already crawled, only accumulate. That is the part no budget shortcuts later. The best month to start was last year. The second best is this one.

How they fit

Not a menu. It is one system doing three jobs.

These build on each other, and each one should bring back more than it costs. Start with one and add the next when it pays for itself, or turn everything on at once, if you can handle the work it brings in.

Foundation

The two things you actually own

  • Web Development
  • Google Business Profile

Everything below is rented attention pointed at these two. Your site is where every click lands, and a slow one drags rankings down, raises your Google Ads cost per click, and loses the phone-in-hand visitor before they see your number. Your profile is the other half, and for a lot of local businesses it gets more traffic than the website does.

Both are upstream of everything else. Local SEO optimizes your profile, the map pack displays it, and AI assistants read it to work out what you are. Fix these two and every other dollar works harder.

Demand capture

Different doors, same moment

  • Local SEO
  • AI Visibility
  • Google Ads
  • Local Services Ads

These do one job from four angles: put you in front of somebody who is, right now, looking for what you sell. That is the warmest lead there is, because nobody interrupted them. They started it. A billboard hopes to catch someone who might need a plumber one day. These catch the person whose pipe burst twenty minutes ago.

They also feed each other. Ads produce search term data that is better keyword research than any tool sells. Your profile and your local SEO run on the same signals, so working one without the other leaves results on the table.

Operations

When it gets busy, nothing slips

  • Workflow Automation

The other six get the phone ringing. This one makes sure a busy week does not cost you the leads you just paid to generate, and takes the paperwork off your plate while it is at it.

  • A lead lands at 11pm and gets an answer before you wake up
  • The day-three follow-up goes out whether or not you remembered
  • Appointment reminders send themselves, so fewer no-shows
  • Invoices go out the same day instead of Sunday night
  • A review request after every single job, automatically

That last one loops straight back to the top of this list. Reviews are one of the biggest inputs to map pack position, so the automation that saves you an hour a week is also quietly buying you rankings.

Start here

Which one is you?

  • Your site is slow, old, or ranking for nothing

    Web development →

Fix the foundation before buying traffic. A bad site quietly eats every other dollar you spend.

  • You have a decent site but nobody finds you locally

    Local SEO and GBP →

The fastest route to showing up in front of people in your town who are ready to buy.

  • You are a licensed trade and want the top of the page

    Local Services Ads →

The one slot you cannot bid your way into, and you pay per lead instead of per click. Verification takes time, so it is worth starting early.

  • You need work coming in now

    Google Ads →

The only channel with no lag. It works while everything slower is still being built.

  • You rank fine but ChatGPT has never heard of you

    AI visibility →

45% of people now use AI tools to find local businesses. Ranking and being cited are not the same thing.

  • Leads come in and fall through the cracks

    Automation →

That is a follow-up problem, not a traffic problem. Fix the bucket before filling it faster.

  • You genuinely do not know where you stand

    The free audit →

I look at your site, your rankings and your profile, and tell you what I would do first.

Pricing

A package is a guess.

These are starting points, so you have a ballpark to work from. What you actually pay comes down to your industry and who you are up against in it.

Most agencies sell a fixed package: four pages a month, ten links, a report. Tidy for them, arbitrary for you. If four pages a month was never going to move your market, you find that out twelve invoices later. Scope should be built backwards from what it takes for you to see a return, and working out what that is is what the audit is for.

  • Local SEO Map pack and your city From $500/mo Three tiers. $500/month for one service in your city, $850/month for every service you sell in your city, $1,500/month to compete across the surrounding towns too. Month-to-month at every tier.
  • Google Business Profile Optimization The map pack only $250/mo Flat $250/month, month to month. No setup fee and no larger first invoice.
  • Google Ads Management Immediate traffic From $250/mo A flat management fee banded by ad spend, never a percentage of it. Ad spend is billed by Google, separately.
  • AI Visibility ChatGPT, Gemini, AI answers Included Included in every Local SEO plan at no extra cost. Available on its own as a one-time entity and AI visibility audit.
  • Local Services Ads Above the ads $350/mo Flat $350/month to manage it, never a share of your lead spend. Your lead budget is billed by Google directly.
  • Web Development The foundation $2,500 One-time build: $2,500 on its own, or $2,000 bundled with any monthly plan.
  • Workflow Automation Capture and follow up Per project Scoped and fixed-priced per project, including whatever it costs to keep running.

Not sure

Then do not guess.

The audit tells you which of these you actually need, and in what order. Performance, Core Web Vitals, your Google Business Profile, and whether AI assistants can find you.

You get the findings whether or not you hire me, and if search is not where your next dollar should go, I will say so.
